WordPress Writing 201: Longform
This isn’t an assignment based course, it gives you the freedom to publish anywhere and the time you’d like. The emphasis is more on exploring new forms and workshopping your material. Blogging University is a closed community where they stress you to workshop while you write your pieces. This helps a lot, the opinions of fellow members and constructive feedback helps improve the writing. They believe it is more about collaborative brainstorming where you can be critique to one another, ask questions and give specific feedback.
Each Workshop will get published on Mondays and will be focussed on any one kind of longform writing piece to get you started. The course starts on December 1, 2014 and you will get to finish your last workshop by the end of the month. The best thing about the course is the flexibility it offers in terms of Workshop, you need not publish a post if you wish.
The best part, this course is absolutely free and is open to anyone, bloggers and writers from any platform.
